eDiscovery 101

Alison Grounds, Antonio Avant, Katelyn Gillece, and Lindsey Mann will present eDiscovery 101. This program provides an introduction to the basic concepts of eDiscovery which occur throughout all phases of a litigation or investigation, including strategic planning and practice tips for each phase: preservation and the legal hold process, collection of client documents/data, written discovery considerations, protocols and privilege logs, document review and analysis (including technology assisted review), document production, format of production, and use of documents in depositions/motion and trial.

This course serves as a foundation for more detailed sessions on issues such as protecting privileges, managing document reviews, and negotiating ESI Protocols.
