Troutman Pepper is proud to host ACE Roundtable at our Atlanta office on August 11 for a Lunch & Learn discussing AI Risks. Alison Grounds will be speaking on “New Compliance Risks Posed by AI.” Full program details are below.

Topic: New Compliance Risks Posed by AI

Summary: ChatGPT! Bard! Midjourney! Machine Learning! Neural Networks! With the recent explosion of available AI tools, many organizations and their employees have been busy exploring ways that AI can be used to improve efficiency and results. However, all of these new tools – and the incredible speed with which they are being developed, updated, and rolled out – could also present a new set of risks that many organizations are only beginning to consider. We’ve convened a panel for our next Lunch & Learn to discuss the new ethical challenges and compliance risks created by AI, featuring Delta Airlines’ Chief Compliance Officer, the leader of Troutman Pepper’s Generative AI Task Force, and the Director of Emory Law School’s new Innovation and Legal Tech Initiative.
