Jason Lichter will be a dialogue leader at the Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Midyear Meeting 2024 on April 25 at the FDIC Virginia Square Campus in Arlington, Virginia. Jason and the panelists will speak on “Mobile Device Discovery: Challenges and Guidance.” This panel will provide guidance on identifying discoverable mobile device data, including third-party chat apps, and share best practices for its preservation, collection, search, and production. They will also focus on the impact of BYOD and company policies on obligations to handle this data and delve into privacy concerns arising from personal device collection and search.
