Jim Calvert will be speaking at The Masters Conference – 2024 in Charlotte, NC on October 23, 2024. Jim will be leading the session at 2:30 p.m. titled “Negotiating ESI Protocols for the Use of Generative AI in eDiscovery.” During this session, he will conduct a mock negotiation over ESI protocols that address the use of generative AI for document review. Panelists will debate and discuss how generative AI (in the form of aiR for Review) can be used for first level review in a litigation matter, and what provisions should cover it in an ESI protocol.
