Jim Calvert, Principal in Troutman Pepper’s eMerge team will speak at The Sedona Conference Working Group 6 Annual Meeting 2021, Wednesday, February 17 at 12:15 p.m. EST. Jim will discuss proportionality in cross-border discovery.

The Sedona Conference will seek CLE accreditation in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by individual jurisdictions for virtual meetings. Various state MCLE authorities require verification of being live, active participation throughout the program.
