ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper eMerge, the firm’s legal technology and eDiscovery affiliate, has been voted the No. 1 eDiscovery provider (national) and No. 1 eDiscovery company (locally based) in the Daily Report’s “Best Of” 2020 list. Additionally, eMerge is among a select group of honorees named in the publication’s “Best Of” Hall of Fame, which recognizes those that have placed in the top three, three out of the last four years.

“Clients turn to eMerge because of our unique ability to provide strategic discovery advice based on our understanding of the legal needs of each case combined with integrated technology solutions to reduce costs and risks,” said Partner Alison Grounds, who founded Troutman Pepper eMerge nearly a decade ago. “We are proud to again be recognized on the Daily Report’s ‘Best Of’ list and look forward to continuing to deliver winning results for our clients.”

This year, attorneys and law firm administrators voted across more than 80 categories, and winners were selected based on ballot results. The survey has recognized eMerge each year since it was established in 2010, consistently ranking it in the top spot for eDiscovery companies.
